Is it True That Nobody Plans To Cheat?

"Nobody plans to cheat, cheating just happens", I have always heard people say to douse an infidelity fire or to make themselves feel good and sleep well at night.

Of course, if you thought about it, they might be right because no one wakes one day to premeditate cheating.

You all would agree that no one just wakes and starts plotting how to start cheating.

But where I beg to differ with that saying is that cheating is actually a planned affair.

Don't raise your brows, calm down and walk with me through my thought process.

Before you walked up to that lady to say hi, you could have looked away and faced your business.

But you walked up to her, exchanged pleasantries with her, and continued to talk so more.

Because you wanted to be sleek and you wanted the conversation to go smoothly, you mentally appraise her, looking for what to compliment about her, that would help you score some points.

At that point, you look at her closely and deeply. You notice the big boobs, the ass, the cute smile, the dimple, the gaptooth, other things that you missed at first glance but that drives you crazy and that perhaps the madam at home doesn't have.

Then you place the compliment.

She loves it.

Her eyes shines brighter, twinkling like a hundred stars put together, her smiles grows bigger.

You are drawn in.

Now, you know what's up. If you had no idea that something fishy would happen before, you know it now.

She charms you. You want more. Of course, everyone wants more of what they never had!

Now you ought to take your leave, but you proceed to tell her about yourself, probably omitting the married part or not (some brazen bulls don't). She responds.

"It's nice to meet you, I gat to go.", You were meant to say. To get out of the trap.

But you go "Woah, it is nice to know you. Can I have your number, we could hang out sometime?"

You know your sometime doesn't mean one or two times, it probably meant a lot of nights cuddling up under duvets after steamy lovemaking sessions.

You know. But you don't know if she knows yet. If she knew she didnt let on.

Then you offer her your phone, she receives it with freshly coated red fingernails. You love red coated fingernails.

She returns the phone to you.

Here, you had the option to discard the digits if you had no plans to contact her in the nearest future.

But you saved it. Yes, you did.

"I'd give you a call, maybe tonight to check up on you." You utter, laughing into her eyes.

There......

You have set the ball rolling...

And rolling it goes.......

Till it becomes a full fledged relationship.....

And then I ask, "was it planned or not?"

For everytime you had the opportunity to back out and you didn't, you planned it.

So, dear cheating cheetah,

There is nothing like "Nobody plan to cheat, it just happens..."

People might not wake up to say "oh! this is a beautiful sunny day to cheat!"

But they know exactly when they were walking into a set trap or even setting one for themselves!!!

Sista Movie Review

The opening scene did me in. I read somewhere that the first few 5 minutes of a movie determines if it is worth it.  Trust me, Sista movie hooked me in less than 5 minutes. I loved the straight to the point opening. No show of the Third Mainland Bridge. No lazy show of Lagos traffic. Nothing. Also, the past/present sequence made crazy sense.  Seeing Kehinde Bankole in that role is refreshing, it's not what she is used to, but she did well. Chimezie was quite not in character, or maybe he didn't bond with Ade Herself. I don't know. He is better than what I saw him act here. As usual Aunty Ronke Oshodi Oke gave it her all. This Tope Owokoniran babe tried with her Hausa accent. I love it!!! I think this is the best of her I have seen so far. I'd say this is a movie Aunty Biodun Stephen put her everything to make. This is a beautiful work of art. I love every piece of it. The story line is dope. Directing is flawless. The fun part was that even though It was predictable f...

Ijakumo Movie Review

Whatever this movie was set to give, it didn't give.  Even the stripping is not giving. Why is the Sharon girl sex talking like she is doing spoken words???  I liked the babe in "Listening Ears", but I feel she is not 'mature' enough theatrically for this role. Wait, what I noticed was that Toyin and her crew didn't know there was a girl who looks like the Sharon girl in his church. A very crazy error that no director should make. If they had come in with this, maybe the finding out they were twin bla BLA BLA suspense would suspense well. But as the director or script writer were very myopic, the twin shii didn't hold water. If they had said or showed that they picked the Ugandan girl because she looked like the Nigerian girl in his church, e for make perfect sense. Seriously, I am miffed. The only thing that thrilled me was Kunle Remi and his lines. O mard gan. 🤣🤣🤣 "Emi mimo ni kin gbenu sohun". 🤣🤣🤣 "So, idi Uganda lo Fe baye mi j...

The Black Book Movie Review

Chaos is what you get when you try to film movies like Hollywood without doing your homework well.  That kidnapping scene is one of the most chaotic and unorganized crime scenes ever. Like WTH!! Moving on, we have RMD and Olumide bonding that didn't give the vibes they were gunning for. Then the scene where Sam Dede called Bimbo Akintola on the phone asking who he should kill. Please what's the job of the two police men that were present at the scene? What's their work? Are they aesthetics? I expected them to go close to her immediately they realized she was communicating with the kidnappers. No, they stood like they were visitors checking family album. Mchew. It was after the conversation has ended that the soldier guy came to stand in front of her - like a mannequin.  Another thing, choice of soundtrack was shitty. What's "omo mi Seun rere" doing in that beach scene. I am rolling my eyes. All those half half conversations that were flying up and down, na r...
