I often wonder why South Africa Wood (whatever name is called) is not rated like Nollywood.
Like these people have banging storyline, sick actors who body their roles like mofedaku, they gave audience something to enjoy.
The acting is always top notch.
There is no South African movie that I have seen that I don't rate 100/10.
Is it Baby Mamas?
Or Happiness is a Four Letter Word (before they ruined it with a second part).
Or Seriously Single?
The directors cast with their heart and not their head or private parts.
They cast actors that can deliver and not actors that look good on camera.
Take for instance the lady that played Brigadier in this movie (I am not beauty shaming) but if she was a Nigerian, trust me she no go smell Nollywood because she doesn't have the face.
But in Nigeria, once you have the body and face, e finish, welcome to Nollywood.
Anyway, the reason for the plenty talk is that this movie is sweeeeeeet!
It is amazing.
I really like it.
It was unnecessarily long and the tempo fluctuated in a few scenes.
Overall, I love it. I rate is 8/10.
PS: Brigadier Nandi is a bastard 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Oloshi wan do Prison Break with her enemy.
Lolz

ReplyDeleteLol..I am sure South Africans would rate some of our movies especially the ones in cinema above theirs even though some average movies are finding there ways to the cinemas this days
ReplyDeleteThere is nothing to rate. Most of our cinema movies are nonsense. And that's the truth.
