Raggea Icon Majek Fashek Goes Back To School.

Former troubled
musician Majek Fashek has been offered a scholarship to get some training
at the New Horizon Computer Learning Centre, Lagos as part of the plans put in place to help his recovery and stability as he integrates more into society.



Speaking to Hip TV recently, the entertainer expressed delight in the offer
for him to return to school even as he expressed intentions to maximize the
opportunity.


Recall that on Sunday, March 13, the Little Patience singer attended a church
service at the Christ Living Apostolic Ministries in Omole, Lagos where he
shared a testimony on how God saved him from substance abuse.

He also spoke on much support he had gotten from the senior pastor at
the church, Apostle Wole Oladiyun.

He said: “My testimony is that Jesus Christ is Lord,
Jesus Christ is the Master, you know before I
went to Abuja for my rehab, Baba Oladiyun here
came to my rescue, most church won’t do that.

“May God bless him and keep this ministry,
materials and spiritual are two different thing,
because Jesus Christ cannot come from Heaven
to heal you. This Baba is a ‘correct prophet’.”

THE WILDFLOWER MOVIE REVIEW.

  Think of The Wait and how it made you feel. How it brought things you have ever seen, heard of or experienced right to you, that is exactly how you would feel with this movie.  This is a movie that is a must watch if you are a mother, an elder sister, if you are connected to a female one way or the other, this movie is for you. Trust Aunty Biodun Stephen to always give you real life and realistic themes and plots. Hence the plot of this movie is so close to home that I could remember some scenarios. But the movie was dragged at so many points. If you are looking for a movie that would kick you in the punch at once, this is not that movie. This is the movie that you have take your time to go through the prolonged actions and scenes, which was caused by some actors, who unfortunately were key players. Sista Movie Review

  The opening scene did me in. I read somewhere that the first few 5 minutes of a movie determines if it is worth it.  Trust me, Sista movie hooked me in less than 5 minutes. I loved the straight to the point opening. No show of the Third Mainland Bridge. No lazy show of Lagos traffic. Nothing. Also, the past/present sequence made crazy sense.  Seeing Kehinde Bankole in that role is refreshing, it's not what she is used to, but she did well. Chimezie was quite not in character, or maybe he didn't bond with Ade Herself. I don't know. He is better than what I saw him act here. As usual Aunty Ronke Oshodi Oke gave it her all.
