Majek Fashek Comes Down Hard On Former President.

The Send Down The Rain Crooner Majek Fashek has come out hard on the former president of Nigeria, Goodluck Ebele Jonathan while performing in one of the biggest comedy platform in Nigeria, AY LIVE at Eko Hotel on Sunday.

The musician who is obviously saddened with the current state of the economy took his time to berate the former president of Nigeria. According to him, “We give Goodluck chance e mess am up, God purnish hin father”. This statement was followed by loud ovation from the audience in the hall who are obviously in support of his assertion.

Majek Fashek further appealed to citizens to exercise patience with the incumbent, President Buhari and collectively support him in restructuring this country into its proper state. He added “Nigerians should support Buhari even though he is an old General”.

The artiste made his debut performance at Felebration 2015 after returning the rehab and has performed in notable events like the Headies, Kunle Ayo Live in London Concert as well as the recently concluded AY Live Show.

Think of The Wait and how it made you feel. How it brought things you have ever seen, heard of or experienced right to you, that is exactly how you would feel with this movie. This is a movie that is a must watch if you are a mother, an elder sister, if you are connected to a female one way or the other, this movie is for you. Trust Aunty Biodun Stephen to always give you real life and realistic themes and plots. Hence the plot of this movie is so close to home that I could remember some scenarios. But the movie was dragged at so many points. If you are looking for a movie that would kick you in the punch at once, this is not that movie. Sista Movie Review

The opening scene did me in. I read somewhere that the first few 5 minutes of a movie determines if it is worth it. Trust me, Sista movie hooked me in less than 5 minutes. I loved the straight to the point opening. No show of the Third Mainland Bridge. No lazy show of Lagos traffic. Nothing. Also, the past/present sequence made crazy sense. Seeing Kehinde Bankole in that role is refreshing, it's not what she is used to, but she did well. Chimezie was quite not in character, or maybe he didn't bond with Ade Herself. I don't know.
